Menopause Strength is a small-group class designed specifically for women navigating perimenopause and menopause, built around the exercises that matter most: squats, lunges, deadlifts, bench press, and assisted chin-ups.

Every session follows a clear structure – a thorough warm-up and mobilisation to prepare your body, focused technique work on compound movements, and a proper cool-down and stretch to finish. The emphasis is always on learning to move well before adding load. No rushing, no guessing – just confident, progressive strength training that builds real results over time.
