Body Conditioning is a high-intensity, full-body barbell class designed to build muscular endurance and functional strength from head to toe. Using barbells and weighted plates, you’ll move through a sequence of compound exercises – squats, deadlifts, presses, rows – targeting every major muscle group in a single session.

The format keeps rest time short and intensity high, challenging your muscles to sustain effort under load for longer periods.
